SWEDISH COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. butter, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, separated
3 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 angel food cake pan, greased

Beat butter, sugar and egg yolks together. Mix flour, salt and baking powder. Add to the above mixture, alternating with milk. Beat egg white and gently fold in. Mix 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon and cocoa. In angel food cake pan, alternate cake batter with cinnamon mix in thirds (6 layers in all), starting with batter and ending with mix. With knife make S figure in batter to create marble effect. Bake 1 hour at 375 degrees.
