SWEDISH COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1 stick of butter (break up)
1 c. (1/2 pt.) sour cream and 1/2 tsp. baking soda mixed together
2 eggs
1 tsp. almond extract

Beat with electric beater for 2 minutes. Add 2 cups flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder. Beat 2 minutes (on the thick side). Put in ungreased angel food tin.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix above together and put on top of cake. Use knife and swirl to get topping into cake. Bake at 350 degrees approximately 45-50 minutes. Let stand a few minutes and take out of pan.
