CHEESE FONDUE 
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 c. scalded milk
3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. diced or grated cheese
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
salt if needed

Add crumbs and milk. Let stand for 5 minutes. Then add well beaten egg yolks, cheese, butter, mustard and salt, if used. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Turn into well buttered baking pan and bake in 350°F oven for 25 minutes.
