CHICKEN AND ONION BAKE 
1 (2 1/2 to 3 lb.) chicken, cut up
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. snipped parsley
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 1/2 c. frozen sm. whole onions
Paprika

Place chicken pieces, skin-side up, in a 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inch baking dish. Stir together soup, parsley and poultry seasoning. Stir in onions. Spoon over chicken.

Bake, covered, at 350 degrees until chicken is tender, about 1 hour. Stir sauce, sprinkle with paprika. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice. Makes 4 servings.
