HERB BASTED POTATOES 
6 russet potatoes, halved lengthwise
1 c. melted butter
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tbsp. barbecue spice
1 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. garlic powder
White and lemon peppers

Parboil potatoes just until tender. Melt butter in saucepan and add all spices except peppers. Mix well. Place potatoes on baking sheet. Generously brush butter mixture over all sides of the potato halves. Season to taste with white and lemon pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
