DUTCH PANCAKES 
4 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter

Mix all ingredients except butter until frothy. Place metal 9 x 13 inch pan with butter in 350 degree oven and melt until sizzling. Add batter and bake 30-40 minutes. Serve with syrup or preserves. Serves 4-6. Can be used cold as shortcake.
