TUNA SHOESTRING SALAD 
1 can tuna
1 c. carrots (shredded)
1 c. celery (diced)
1/4 c. onion
3/4 - 1 c. mayonnaise
1 (4 oz.) can shoestring potatoes

Separate tuna into chunks. Add carrots, celery, onion, mayonnaise and mix gently. Cover and chill. Just before serving, fold in shoestring potatoes. Serves 4-5.
