HEAVENLY PEACH PIE 
5 fresh peaches, peeled & halved
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 pt. heavy cream
3 level tbsp. flour
Pinch of salt

In unbaked pie shell, place peach halves, cut side down. Mix rest of ingredients. Pour over peaches. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
