DOUBLE BATCH BROWNIES 
2/3 c. cooking oil
4 heaping tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional

Mix all ingredients in order in large bowl until well mixed. Divide into two 8 x 8 inch pans and bake at 325 degrees until start of pulling away from pan (approximately 20-25 minutes).
