SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. squash, cooked
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. crumbs (bread, cracker or potato chips)
2 tbsp. butter

Beat egg. Add milk, cracker crumbs and onion. Let set until crumbs are softened. Add squash and grated cheese. Sprinkle crumbs on top and dot with butter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
