SQUASH - APPLE BAKE 
1 lbs. squash, measure whole
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 lg. apples, cored & sliced into 1/2 inch rings

Cut squash in half and clean out seeds. Cut into slices and peel. Put in ungreased 7 x 11 inch pan. Top with apple rings. Combine other ingredients until crumbly, drop by teaspoons on top. Cover with foil, bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Any kind of winter squash works well, acorn, butternut, butter cup, etc.
