2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
4 eggs

Melt butter and cocoa together. Mix sugar and eggs. Add to butter and cocoa. Add flour, vanilla, and nuts. Mix well. Pour into a well greased pan.

Bake at 300 for 40 minutes.

Icing:

1 box powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 stick of butter
1 pkg. mini marshmallows

While cake bakes, melt butter, cocoa, and milk together. Add powdered sugar and stir until well blended. Spread marshmallows over cake while hot. Quickly spread icing over marshmallows.
