2 sm. pkgs. lemon Jello
1 3/4 c. boiling water
1 3/4 c. cold water
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. can drained mandarin oranges
1/2 tbsp. almond extract

Dissolve lemon Jello in boiling water. Stir in cold water and set until syrupy. With hand mixer, beat in mandarin oranges and almond extract. Then whip in Cool Whip.
