BAKED FISH SUPREME | |
1 Italian bread stick, crushed Salt, pepper & paprika to taste 1 tbsp. minced green onion 1 tbsp. finely minced celery 1 tbsp. finely minced parsley 1/2 c. lemon juice or 1/4 c. water & apple cider vinegar 4 portions any fish on program Cut fish into 1" cubes and place in a baking dish sprayed with Pam. Add lemon juice or vinegar and water. Add the minced vegetables and seasoning. Sprinkle with crushed bread sticks. Bake in preheated oven about 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not over cook. Yield: 4 servings, each = 1 protein and 1/4 bread serving. |
