1 unbaked pie shell
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups chopped apples
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 cup butter

Cut butter into dry ingredients sprinkle over pie and return to oven and bake 10 minutes. Or till crumbs are brown.
