CUSHAW CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. cushaw

Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Pour into a greased and floured pan and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 stick butter
3/4 box powdered sugar

Mix ingredients well and spread on cake.
