GLAZED PINEAPPLE FINGERS 
2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. shortening
9 oz. crushed pineapple

Sift dry ingredients together, cut in shortening. Mix egg and crushed pineapple. Add to flour mixture, stirring until flour is moistened. Use two forks and drop onto greased baking sheet. Shape into bars 1 x 4 1/2 inches. Press sides smooth. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Put on icing while warm.

ICING:

Mix 1/2 cup powdered sugar and enough milk to make icing.
