SWISS STEAK 
2 lb. round steak, cut up
1/2-3/4 c. flour
Salt & pepper to taste
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2-3 carrots, grated
2 cans tomato sauce
2 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 stalk celery, chopped

Pound flour, salt and pepper into steak, brown on both sides. Transfer to baking dish.

In saucepan heat vegetables, sauce and Worcestershire sauce to boiling.
