PUMPKIN APPLESAUCE BREAD 
2 c. sugar
1/3 c. molasses
1 c. cooked pumpkin, mashed or use canned pumpkin
1 c. applesauce
2/3 c. oil
3 eggs
1/3 c. milk
3 2/3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. raisins
2/3 c. chopped dates

Flour nuts, raisins and dates.

At medium speed beat together first 7 ingredients. Sift in dry ingredients. Then add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into 2 well greased 9"x5" loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes in pans. Wrap in foil and store overnight.
