12 Twinkies
2 (3 oz.) pkg. instant French vanilla pudding
5 Heath bars, crushed
16 oz. Cool Whip

Slice Twinkies in half. Line a 9x13 inch pan with half of the Twinkies, filling side up. Pour prepared pudding over Twinkies. Sprinkle with 4 of the Heat bars, crushed. Layer other half of the Twinkies with filling side down. Cover with Cool Whip and rest of the Heath bar.
