CRESCENT CHICKEN SQUARES 
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
3 tbsp. butter, melted
2 c. cubed chicken or turkey or 2 (5 oz.) cans
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tbsp. chopped pimento
Mushrooms, optional
1 can (8 oz.) crescent dinner rolls
Oleo, melted
3/4 c. seasoned croutons, crushed

Blend cream cheese and 3 tablespoons butter until smooth. Add chicken, salt, pepper, onion, pimento and mushrooms; mix well. Separate rolls into 4 rectangles; spoon 1/2 cup mixture on each one.

Pull 4 corners of dough to top center of mixture, twist slightly and seal edges. Brush with butter, sprinkle crumbs on top. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
