8 good sized chicken breasts, boned
8 sliced Smithfield ham
1/2 pt. commercial sour cream
1 can undiluted cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. sherry

Roll ham in boned chicken. Arrange in baking dish. Mix soup and sour cream with sherry. Pour over chicken. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
