OATMEAL WAFFLES 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. quick cooking oats, dry
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
6 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. brown sugar

In a large mixing bowl, stir together flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. In a small mixing bowl, stir together eggs, milk, butter and brown sugar. Add to flour mixture; stir until blended. Pour batter onto grids of a preheated, lightly greased waffle baker. Close lid quickly; do not open during baking. Use a fork to remove baked waffle. 6 servings.
