JELLIE NUT COOKIES 
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 egg yolks
Ground nuts

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and egg yolks. Roll into balls. Dip in egg whites. Roll in nuts. Bake 2 minutes. Make an indentation. Fill with jelly. Bake 15 minutes.
