GARDEN VEGETABLE RING 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin OR
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
1 3/4 c. boiling water
3/4 c. cold water
1 c. sm. cauliflowerettes
1/3 c. sliced radishes
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1/3 c. chopped celery

Mix gelatin with water and chill until slightly thickened. Stir vegetables into thickened gelatin; pour into mold and chill.

Beat 2-3 ounces cream cheese and 1/2 cup mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in 2 teaspoons minced green onion and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Spoon cheese mixture over unmolded gelatin. Garnish with additional cauliflowerettes and radishes if desired.
