2 lbs. beef stew, cut up
1 pkg. brown gravy mix
2 c. apple juice
1/2 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix

Mix together gravy mix, apple juice, and onion soup in a casserole dish or crock pot. Add beef. Cover and bake 3 hours at 300 degrees or on low in crock pot 6-8 hours. Serve over spinach noodles.
