CHICKEN AND RICE BAKE 
4 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 c. water
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3/4 c. wild or white rice
1/4 tsp. paprika

In shallow, greased baking dish, mix soup, water, mushrooms, rice, paprika and half of the pepper. Place chicken over rice mixture and sprinkle with remaining pepper. Cover and bake at 375°F for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes to brown chicken.
