STEAMED CLAMS 
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 cloves garlic, minced or garlic powder to taste
1 can chicken broth
1 c. white wine
3-4 dozen sm. local clams

Bring to a boil the first 5 ingredients in a large pot. Add clams and steam until open. Serve with broth and sourdough bread. Serves 4-6.
