2 tbsp. non fat dry milk 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice 2 tbsp. water 1/2 tsp. unflavored gelatin 1/2 tsp. Sweet n' Low, more if desired 1 tsp. vanilla Soften gelatin in 2 teaspoons of the water for 5 minutes and dissolve over hot water. Combine all remaining ingredients in small bowl. Beat with mixer on high for about 15 minutes. Add dissolved gelatin very gradually and continue to beat for another few minutes until frosting stands in peaks. For best results use within 2 hours. |
