FLUFFY WHITE FROSTING 
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. boiling water
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 egg whites

Boil syrup until it spins thread. Add to stiffly beaten egg whites slowly. Add flavoring.
