GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 1/2 lg. green pepper, minced
Mince one large onion
Salt & pepper
5 lg. potatoes
2 cans tomato bisque

In greased casserole, place alternate layers of potatoes, then onions and bell peppers, then potatoes. On top, spread raw ground chuck. On top of ground chuck, spread tomato bisque. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a covered dish.
