EGG CUSTARD PIE 
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. vanilla

Brush pastry with egg whites to prevent soaking. Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients. Bake 450 degrees for 10 minutes; reduce to 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
