1 pt. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. salt
6 tbsp. lemon juice
6 tbsp. white vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients until smooth. This is good for pork or chicken cooked on the grill. Baste occasionally as they cook then use for dipping at the table.
