CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked elbow macaroni
2 c. skim milk
1/2 mild reduced fat Cheddar cheese
2 c. cooked diced chicken
1 c. Campbell's low salt chicken soup
1 c. Campbell's low salt cream of mushroom soup
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 c. red and or green bell pepper
1 carrot finely grated
8 med. mushrooms sliced and sauteed in small amount of butter
