GINGER BREAD 
1 c. molasses
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, soft
1/2 c. boiling water
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
3 1/2 c. flour

Mix together. Put in 13 x 9 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

LEMON CREAM CHEESE TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese, soft
1/4 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon juice
1/2 tsp. lemon extract

Mix together and put on Ginger Bread
