2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. oil

Separate eggs. Beat whites until stiff and fold them in after all other ingredients have been mixed.
