CRAB MEAT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. crab meat (fresh, frozen or canned)
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. fine bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs

Pick over the crab meat for bits of shell. Beat the eggs and add milk and Worcestershire sauce. Add the melted butter, fine bread crumbs and salt and pepper Combine with the crab meat and put in a greased 6 cup casserole. Cover with buttered crumbs and bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees, for 30 to 40 minutes until nicely brown. Serves: 4.
