CRAB MEAT STUFFING 
1 lb. (4 to 6 oz.) pkg. crab meat
1 c. bread crumbs
1 c. onions & celery, chopped
Salt to taste
Lemon pepper
Lemon juice to taste
Flounder or grouper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. sherry (optional)

Saute onion and celery in melted butter, add salt and lemon pepper. Mix all ingredients together. Soak fish in melted butter, stuff; top with lemon pepper and paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour uncovered.
