CRAB MEAT WONTONS 
1 pkg. wonton skins (check pkg. date)
1 lb. crab meat
16 oz. cream cheese
Chopped scallions (according to taste)

Combine all ingredients with mixer. Put 1 teaspoon of mixture on wonton skin. Fold into triangle point to point gluing sides with egg yolk.

Fry until light brown in oil. Can be prepared and reheated later. Can be prepared at earlier date and frozen uncooked on sheets of waxed paper and cooked at a later date.
