CREAMED CRAB 
1 can crab meat (lump or backfin is best)
1 or 2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Parsley

Make a medium white sauce and add the above ingredients. Serve hot in patty shells or on toast. Sprinkle with chopped parsley just before serving.
