SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
Wash, cube and cook 2 pounds of yellow or zucchini squash until tender. Drain well. Place squash in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Mix together: 2 eggs 1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz 1 sm. can chopped green chilies 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 can cream of chicken soup Put above ingredients over squash. Add cracker crumbs to top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. |
