FUDGE SUNDAE PIE 
1 c. evaporated milk
1 c. mini marshmallows
Vanilla wafers
1 c. semi sweet chocolate bits
1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened

Into heavy one quart saucepan, put chocolate bits, evaporated milk and marshmallows. Stir over medium heat until chocolate and marshmallows melt and the mixture thickens. Cool to room temperature. Line the bottom of a 9" pie pan with vanilla wafers. Spoon half the ice cream over the wafers. Line the sides with vanilla wafers. Cover the ice cream with half the chocolate mixture and repeat with the rest of the ice cream and sauce. Freeze until firm, 3 to 5 hours.
