POTATO SOUP SUPREME 
2 med. potatoes, diced
2 carrots, diced
1 stalk celery, cut fine
1 turnip, diced
3 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. minced parsley
1 tbsp. vegetable flakes
1 tsp. Accent (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Put above ingredients in saucepan, covered with water and simmer until tender. In another saucepan, combine 2 tablespoons melted butter, 2 tablespoons flour; add 2 cups milk. When thickened, add to vegetables; bring to boil, add 1 carton sour cream. Do not boil.
