1 (6 oz.) bag chocolate morsels
1 (6 oz.) bag butterscotch morsels
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Nuts

Melt ingredients except nuts, together on low heat. Add nuts. Heat 1 minute. Put in refrigerator until stiff but spreadable. Line foil pan in a circle with nuts. Spread fudge over nuts. Refrigerate until set. Enjoy!
