FROZEN CUCUMBERS 
1 c. peeled cucumbers, sliced thin
1 c. onion, sliced thin and separated into rings
1 big mango, thinly sliced or diced; optional
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. white vinegar
1 tsp. celery seed

Put one tablespoon salt over cucumbers; let stand 2 hours. Drain. Add mango and onions. While cucumbers are setting with salt; combine sugar, vinegar, water, celery seeds and dry mustard in saucepan; bring to a boil. Remove form heat; let stand until cool. Pour syrup mixture over cucumber mixture. Put in freezer containers.
