STRAWBERRY SOUP 
1 c. fresh strawberries
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. dry red wine

Place all ingredients in blender and liquefy. There will be tiny seeds visible but does not need to be strained. Stir well before serving in wine glasses. Serves 3 or 4.
