FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. maraschino cherry juice
2 tsp. unflavored gelatin
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 pint whipping cream
4 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (drained well)
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Combine cream cheese, lemon juice, cherry juice, gelatin and salt; mix at high speed until smooth; set aside.

Mix cream and sugar at high speed until stiff. Fold into cream cheese mixture, mixing well. Add nuts, cherries, pineapple and marshmallows.

Spoon mixture into muffin tins lined with paper baking cups; freeze overnight. Yields: 18 to 20 servings.
