SPINACH SALAD 
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 lb. bacon (fried and crumbled)
1 pkg. spinach
2 hard boiled eggs (sliced)
1/2 c. milk
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Red onion (sliced thin)

Mix together vinegar, sugar, milk and mayonnaise and bring to a boil. Remove from stove and cool. (I usually refrigerate this for about one hour.)

Combine cooked bacon, spinach, onion and hard boiled eggs and toss with dressing just before serving.
