6 med. potatoes, boil in jacket, cool, peel, grate
1 c. shredded cheese
1/4 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1/3 c. green onions, chopped fine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine butter and cheese over low heat until nearly melted. Add sour cream and onions. Blend mixture into potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
