PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
2 prepared pie shells
2 c. natural, chunky peanut butter
2 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. butter, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped

In a large mixing bowl combine peanut butter, sugar, cream cheese, butter and vanilla. Mix well. Fold in the whipped cream. Spoon into prepared pie shells. Refrigerate at least 6 hours, preferably overnight. Before serving, drizzle with chocolate sauce. 1/4 c. coffee liqueur

Melt together over low heat. Drizzle over top of pie.
